      Job Requirements

      The Hilton Culver City, a member of the Davidson Hospitality Group portfolio, is seeking its next Director of Finance to oversee the newly renovated 375 room hotel located in the heart of Culver City.       Not currently living in the LA/Culver City market? No problem. We are focused on finding the right leader to help take our property’s financials to the next level in 2023 and beyond. If we are a good match, we will gladly help you get situated (relocation allowance, etc.) in this vibrant city that we love to call home.




      Work Experience

      You


      • You have 3+ years of experience in a hotel accounting office, as a director
      • You understand the operation and enjoy working alongside and supporting our ops leaders
      • You have a reputation of knowing your hotel’s numbers like the back of your hand
      • Your team respects you for your knowledge, work ethic, and willingness to train
      • You have high attention to detail and strong time management skills

      In an ideal world, you might even have OnQ, M3, ProfitSword, and/or Birch Street knowledge. But if not, that’s fine too. We know strong DOF candidates like yourself are comfortable learning new systems.
